Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly skilled HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work with a variety of HVAC systems, in an in-house setting, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Install, maintain and repair ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment and provide appropriate solutions
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Clean, adjust and repair systems
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
- Assist with customers' queries and provide expert advice and solutions
- Keep records of all work activities and tasks, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on-time
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition and use safety gear at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role of 4+ years
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to work in confined spaces or at height
- Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus
- Ability to handle physical workload and work in varied weather conditions
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting and cleaning of systems such as chillers, split systems, and HVAC systems
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must be a US Citizen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.23 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- HVAC: 5 years (Preferred)
