Immediate need of an experienced Building Automation Systems Installation Technician. Job duties include installing, startup and check out of Building Automation Systems.

Qualifications of Candidates:
- The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized and self-sufficient.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience or technical training.
- Applicant should be self motivated and able to work overtime as needed.
- A valid driver’s license, with no major or frequent traffic violations
- Operating knowledge of hand-held devices (i.e. Smartphone, iPad) and comfortable working with common Microsoft office and Google software.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuits. Candidate should have a back ground in Building Automation, HVAC, or the electrical field for this position.
- Must be able to troubleshoot electrical controls with a multi-meter.
- Knowledge of temperature control systems, air conditioning / heating systems (HVAC), computer systems, electronics or networked applications.
- Experience with systems / software such as Tridium, Andover Controls, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Reliable, CSI, TAC, Siemens, Automated Logic, Trane, Schneider Electric or Alerton is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of building automation HVAC controls, ensuring all systems are set up correctly.
- Utilize E & I, mechanical knowledge, and industrial maintenance skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Program and calibrate programmable logic controllers for optimal system performance.
- Interpret schematics and use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate installations.
- Conduct regular maintenance on sensors and other components to prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
