Generator Field Technician positions available
We are a temporary power and climate company specializing in fast, reliable, turnkey generator and HVAC service in commercial and industrial markets in Texas and its surrounding states. We are looking for the very best to join our team, and offer the best pay and flexibility in the industry!
We are looking for a detailed-oriented, reliable person who wants to work. Must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. This position can be part-time or full time as needed/desired. We put a lot of time and effort into preparation and technology to minimize emergency calls.
Must have strong technical and mechanical ability, and a desire/willingness to learn. Experience with diesel engines, and/or AC/DC power and experience with heavy equipment (telehandler, large industrial forklifts, trailers, etc) required.
Responsibilities will include:
--Highly methodical and perceptive preventative maintenance on diesel generators
--Job setups/teardowns; AC temporary distribution from generator to site being powered
--Pressure washing/Cleaning generators when they come back from a job
--Operating forklifts/loading and unloading trucks
--Help organize and maintain generator yard
--Assist in shop projects and moving materials and equipment
--Maintain a clean, safe, decluttered shop environment
--Support the rest of the team
Requirements are:

--Experience with diesel engines especially Isuzu, Cummins, MTU, Kubota
--Training on Smart Cooling products is a plus
--Must be able to pass drug screen, have clean driving record, and background check

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
