Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. No nights, no weekends, never on call. Saturdays are available for OT.

Starting pay is up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Once fully trained with us, your earning potential is in your hands. Typical anticipated earnings for a motivated and experienced Service Technician here at Yale (based on experience):

1st year: potential to earn up to $80,000+
2nd year: potential to earn up to $100,000+ with commission incentives

Our technicians roll from their homes in company vans. iPhones, laptops, tools, and credit cards for gas are all provided. All parts needed for your service calls are couriered to you daily.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all home/residential appliances (washers, dryers, cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators).
Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc.
Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
Great time management skills.
The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
