Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. No nights, no weekends, never on call. Saturdays are available for OT.
Starting pay is up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Once fully trained with us, your earning potential is in your hands. Typical anticipated earnings for a motivated and experienced Service Technician here at Yale (based on experience):
- 1st year: potential to earn up to $80,000+
- 2nd year: potential to earn up to $100,000+ with commission incentives

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all home/residential appliances (washers, dryers, cooking, dishwashers, and refrigerators).
- Must have good computer skills and be comfortable navigating different computer systems, emailing, using the internet, etc.
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Great time management skills.
- The desire to learn new things, ask questions, and communicate.
- Neat, clean, tidy, and professional appearance.
