Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Services Supervisor to oversee the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations within our pharmaceutical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and extensive experience in managing facility services. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency, safety, and compliance within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of facility service staff, including maintenance technicians, Soft FM GMP & Non GMP staff and external contractors.
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all facility services.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of facility services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
Quality and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage budgets for facility services, including forecasting and controlling expenditures.
- Ensure cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high standards of service.
Health and Safety:
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety training for facility service staff and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure that vendors meet service level agreements and performance standards.
Project Management:
- Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, equipment installations, and space reconfigurations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during project execution.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in facility management practices.
Requirements:
- Is authorized to work in the US;
- Is qualified to pass a security screening and medical examination;
- Certification in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in facility management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or an IFM environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in supervising facility service teams and managing external vendors and contractors.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in facility management (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
