## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in various settings, ensuring electrical work is in accordance with relevant codes.
## Duties
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine electrical layouts
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively
- Work on construction sites to provide electrical expertise
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using ohmmeters and logic controllers
- Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpenters for project completion
- Handle low voltage systems and industrial electrical components
-Work on and install Standby Generators
## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician or similar role
- Proficiency in residential and commercial electrical work
- Ability to read and understand blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and procedures
- Certification as a Journeyperson Electrician or relevant qualification or experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
