Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. With the largest Prevost entertainer coach fleet on the planet and a vast outside customer base the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diesel, air brake, air suspension and electrical repair with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working with various bus and motorhome chassis' Including Prevost, Marathon, Fleetwood, Newell and Tiffin. With a heavy focus on Prevost.

Duties

Perform bus repairs, including air brakes, air bag replacement, electrical diagnostics and pm services.
Utilize hand tools and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Assist in the suspension of equipment with heavy duty lifts as needed for repairs or maintenance.
Conduct inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Be available for on-call weekends based on a schedule.
Heavy duty Allison transmission training would be valued.

Qualifications

Proven experience in heavy duty repair or related field is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with tractor trailer, bus or rv maneuvering
Proficient in using hand tools and reading schematics for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capability to perform manual labor, including pushing and lifting as required.
A commitment to safety standards and practices within the workplace.
A good attitude in the work space is a must.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
