Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Construction Foreman, the Construction Technician is responsible for and will perform all necessary duties in the construction of gas wells, well pumps, and collection system as directed by the Construction Supervisor and Foreman. This position will require frequent travel to sites located in Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, and all future sites. The position also requires manual labor, significant outdoor work, proficiency in effective communication, and working with a team to achieve desired results. The Construction Laborer’s main site is based in Fresno, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fusion weld HDPE pipe
- Installation of all landfill GCCS components
- Operate heavy equipment and assist with drilling operations.
- Actively participates in improving operations and implementing best practices.
- Performs preventive maintenance.
- Operates a variety of construction class vehicles (excavator, skid steer, drilling equipment, etc.)
- Operate vehicles with safety precautions in place.
- Works as part of a team under strict deadlines
- Expected to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
- Wear PPE/safety gear always
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
- Travel to constructions sites will be 75-100%
Position Requirements:
· Must be eligible to be legally employed in the U.S.
· The ability to travel when needed (75 – 100% on avg.)
· Complete and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR in accordance with company policies
· Strong adherence to safety, applicable laws, and regulations
· Ability to work overtime, on-call and weekends when needed.
· Required to work outdoors approximately 90% of each workday. Work involves exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements.
· Comfortable working in a Landfill Environment, and around moving Heavy Equipment
All PPE (Work Boot Voucher provided) and equipment will be provided to complete each task successfully and safely.

Standard Operating Days/Hours:
· Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (not to exclude weekends, overtime and rotating on-call)
