Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will utilize various recruitment tools such as Indeed.com and other online tools, as well as promote our Employee Referral Program.

Duties

Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future roles.
Ability to screen a high volume of candidates weekly in order to hire only the best.
Promote company culture over the phone.
Negotiate job offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to manage employee relations and support retention efforts.
Maintain accurate notes & records of recruitment activities in applicant tracking systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
Familiarity with HR software platforms such Indeed.com
Familiarity with Home Healthcare industry preferred
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.
Excellent customer service skills required in order to answer phones for clients and applicants.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
