Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field. The Installer will interact with clients directly, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water softeners according to specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and repair existing installations.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build custom solutions for clients' needs.
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including any parts used and time spent on each job.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while ensuring safe transportation of tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Pluming license and insurance.
- Proven experience in water softener installation or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with plumbing systems and techniques is a must.
- Ability to design and build custom installations based on client specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
