General Manager – Large Import Store
We are seeking an accomplished and driven General Manager to lead our large import store, which is proudly ranked among the top 10 nationwide for new car volume. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administrative departments, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
- Oversee daily operations of all dealership departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining high standards in service and communication.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to foster a productive and motivated team environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget management, expense control, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leadership in an automotive dealership, with experience managing large-scale operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Education and Experience
