Experienced Collision Repair Technician

Gorno Ford Collision Center is seeking to hire experienced Collision Repair technicians for our high-volume repair facility.
Job Requirements:
· Provide exceptional and successful customer experience from start to finish to our guests.
· State certified in Unitized Body Structural Repair and Collision Related Mechanical
· Repair and/or replace necessary parts needed to put a vehicle back to pre-accident condition with the proper procedures.
· Provide tools necessary to perform quality repairs to guests’ vehicles. Materials and some equipment provided to perform repairs properly.
· Plans repairs by evaluating damage and working together with the team to provide documentation and proper repair procedures.
· Performs quality repairs that can hold under Gorno Ford’s lifetime warranty on workmanship.
· Communicate accordingly with the team to make sure repairs are getting done properly and efficiently to keep production flowing on an everyday basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
