Charlotte Heating and Air of Charlotte, NC is seeking an HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Do you have a strong passion for our industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete client satisfaction? Pay: Up to $37.00/hr. Depending on experience

Hours: 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- 1+ years of installation experience
- EPA Certification
- Positive attitude
- Ability to lead a team
