Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Completion of resident work orders
- Apartment Turnovers
- Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
- Snow Removal
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
- CFC certification preferred but not required
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must have your own tools
- Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required

Maryland Management offers an attractive compensation and benefits package including:
- Level 2: $20-$24/hourly (level determined by experience)
- Level 1: $24-$28/hourly based (level determined by experience)
