We're seeking a Home Comfort Designer to help clients design HVAC systems that meet their needs while ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Perform heat gain/loss calculations and design HVAC systems tailored to customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, presenting design options and financing solutions.
- Convert leads into sales by building relationships and providing system upgrades and service plans.
Qualifications
- In-home sales experience with proven track record of success
- Proficiency in reading schematics and HVAC design
- Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge is a plus
- Valid driver's license and strong organizational, sales, and communication skills
