Property Management Firm is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in South Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all aspect of apartment maintenance to include:
HVAC
Plumbing
Make Ready
Electrical
Painting
HVAC certification preferred but not required.
