Overview
The HVAC Doctor, powered by Rogers Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Replacement Supervisor to lead our residential team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a proven track record in HVAC systems, including HVAC system replacement. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage field service operations, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Act as a liaison between technicians and suppliers to ensure prompt service for customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment repair and performance.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide installation and repair processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices for HVAC service.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, refrigeration, plumbing, and building systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC system replacement is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Previous experience as a field service technician is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving operational goals.
Requirements
- 7 years HVAC experience REQUIRED, 10 years HVAC experience PREFERRED.
- Must be able to prioritize execution despite obstacles.
- Must have exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.

Pay: $75,229.00 - $95,000.00 per year
