DCNE is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Support Specialist to join the team at the Malden, MA location, Monday - Friday. Competitive salary plus incentives offered, including medical, dental, and 401K.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To work in a team environment as a productive member of the Inside Sales Support Department to support and assist in the company’s sales efforts of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
· Assist with all general inquires regarding product availability and lead-time
· Provide timely quotations for equipment, controls, parts, and supplies represented by DCNE to assigned customers.
· Provide efficient and thorough customers service4 to support the needs of our diverse customer base.
· Process & coordinate all orders, stock or direct, for associated and resulting sale orders.
· Work in a team environment, interacting with other departments within the organization to facilitate customer orders and inquires Ex: Credit, Tech Support and Warehouse, Logistics departments.
· Work to problem solve and delegate issues outside your scope needing resolution to proper department resources.
· Keep abreast of product and control offerings of Carrier, non-Carrier suppliers represented by DCNE.
· Provide prompt sales specific feedback to aid in capturing business.
· Maintain sales pipeline and provide follow-up on all sales opportunities.
· Effectively manage time and work independently.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Inside Sales Support Department Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
