The Operations Manager will oversee daily processes, managing inbound requests for services, assessing delivery of scope and pricing, and working in congruence with the general manager to ensure strategy is effectively deployed to the field. The operations manager will foremost be a customer service expert. They will strive to ensure all clients' needs are addressed and the highest quality of service is delivered from the office. They will ensure that communication with the business and customers is fluid and transparent. The operations manager reports to the General Manager and has dispatch, procurement, and client services as direct reports. The operations manager will work with the field operations leads to ensure execution of strategy in a seamless and effective manner. This position will report to the Survoy's warehouse daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain customer relationships through consistent communications and quality assurance.
- Quality control including but not limited to first time fix, meeting customer SLAs, Technician uniform compliance, job cleanliness, van inspections, Technician safety, and oversight of warehouse operations.
- Coordinates with Dispatch, Warehouse and Procurement, Client management, and Technicians to ensure proper completion of work order assignments.
- Collaborate with the Lead Technicians to create and maintain the area on call schedule.
- Hold weekly team meetings with supervisors and technicians, covering company updates and safety topics.
- Interviewing and hiring Technicians and other Operations Based Roles.
- Mentoring and coaching their teams to maintain company disciplinary standards.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Computer literacy with basic skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead team meetings.
- Ability to work in a group setting and manage teams.
- Leadership and the ability to instill compliance with new ideas and strategies
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration services
- Knowledge of project scope and services
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of field experience.
- Previous experience in service management roles.
- EPA 608 certified to work on refrigerant.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions ( heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.).
- Must be able to climb 25ft ladder.
- Must be comfortable working at various heights.
Helios compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $100,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios's compensation may also include an annual bonus as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
