? Apprentice level individual.
? This individual will be trained to use the parts washers and mini sandblasting equipment as well.
? This individual will be trained to properly clean and prepare the surface of final production parts for priming and painting.
? This individual will be trained to properly remove old coils from motor stators. At that time they will then clean and prepare the slots of an electric motor or generator for renewed service.
? Observance of all safety procedures and the use of the proper personal protective equipment is vital.
