Routine maintenance, inspection, installation, and repair to the heating and cooling equipment/facilities for variety of commercial and industrial customers. Assist with repair and maintenance services on other equipment and materials as necessary. Order pick-up and delivery of tools or products as needed.

Education: High School diploma, G.E.D. or Trade School degree
Work Experience: HVAC and refrigeration field exp.
Essential Duties: Assist with regularly scheduled preventive maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration systems as well as all other mechanical equipment.
- Assist with maintenance and service repairs on all mechanical systems.
- Assist with installs replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
- Performs a variety of other facility repairs and follows preventative maintenance schedule as directed.
- May be required to work early mornings or at night to complete tasks and/or be available to contractors to provide building and utility access.
Job Requirements
- HVAC and refrigeration Certification preferred but not required
- HVAC and refrigeration License preferred but not required
- Previous service and controls experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Professional appearance
- Skilled at troubleshooting system problems
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills with ability to interact with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects of 50+ lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Reliability with ability to work a flexible schedule
- Must have high mechanical aptitude (maintenance/service to all HVAC equipment)
