Location: Warren, MI
Hours: 6:30am-4pm (must be able to work overtime)
Pay Rate: Starts at $50,000-$55,000 yearly (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
- Have a good understanding of the Maintenance.
- Perform duties and tasks assigned by Manager.
- Maintain good housekeeping in areas being worked in.
- Utilize basic electrical/mechanical skills and troubleshooting to maintain equipment in proper working condition and running a maximum operating efficiency.
- Assist the Maintenance Department in providing the freedom from breakdowns during the manufacturing operations.
- Maintain equipment in a satisfactory condition for safe operations. Look for safer ways to run equipment.
- Reordering of spare parts used to fix a piece of equipment.
- Assist Production and Maintenance in the effort of continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.
- Handling necessary repairs & maintenance.
- Performs basic repairs on building (plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Assist production to ensure that rates and quality levels are achieved or exceeded.
- Be able to fabricate items by basic description of what needed.
- Basic understanding of how-to start-up and run all equipment within assigned area.
- Basic reading of blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to use hand and power tools. Running and troubleshooting floor scrubber, ability to use a drain snake, repair to bathroom stalls, repair sinks and faucets, repair kitchen equipment, hanging pictures, whiteboards, general HVAC repairs.
- Assist Maintenance Department with electrical/mechanical skills for complex installation of new equipment and processes.
- Participation with other production/maintenance teams in the improvement projects/reduction of downtime.
