We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances. If you have a passion for appliance repair and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and repair household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves
- Conduct field service visits to customers’ homes to diagnose issues and provide solutions
- Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair appliance malfunctions
- Perform equipment repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment repair techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience as a delivery driver or working with box trucks is a plus
- Valid EPA 608 or EPA Universal license
- Experience in repairing refrigerator sealed system (r134 Freon)+tools (manifold gauge and r134 Freon)

Pay: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
