We are a Semi Custom home builder in Raleigh NC. We are looking for a dynamic person who can assist our warranty manager in day to day activities within our warranty department. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and their homes. You'll draw upon your experience in the construction industry to follow-through on company warranty and will offer fair, prompt, and courteous attention to address customer concerns.
This position requires knowledge of new home construction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reply to incoming customer calls within 24 hours and provide prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Visit homes to determine warranty status and input into system
- Manage trades onsite
- Provide status updates to division management team weekly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior experience in construction
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Current Driver’s License
- Customer relations experience a plus
