About Our Customers :
We remanufacture HVAC Blower motors to be used in residential AC units. We are a very niche company but have found great success in the market as our product is 40-65% cheaper than any available alternative.
Essential Duties Include:
- Demolition
- Sand Blast
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to stand on your feet all day
- Be able to safely and competently use tools and equipment
- Maintain safety protocols, and wear steel toe shoes
- Must be personable, respectful, non-disruptive, coachable, and able to retain product knowledge.
- Miscellaneous General Shop Labor
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Document and track interactions with clients/potential customers
- Follow Up with interested customers
- Attend and contribute to meetings/trainings
- Be an inquisitive, quick learner and pay attention to small details.
- HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Other:
- No unexcused absences.
- This is a Drug-Free workplace.
- Hours 8 AM ET - 4:30 PM ET
