We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of apartment premises.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in all areas. Specific duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
General areas of responsibility include:
- Onsite maintenance functions
- Physical condition of the community
- Upholding all company policies, goals and values
Essential Activities:
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Make available apartments ready for move-in
- Report any maintenance problems to the Supervisor or Property Manager
- Assist Supervisor in controlling expenses
- Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan
- Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction and all other duties as may be assigned

- Previous maintenance experience, prior apartment maintenance experience much preferred
Education:
High school graduate/GED ; technical school preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
