Position: HVAC Sales Team Leader
Location: Apex
Salary Range: $70,000 - $140,000 + Generous Bonuses
Sign on bonus up to $10,000 Based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Maintain company standards in culture, reliability, and honesty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Report opportunities for improving HVAC systems accurately and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
- Experienced HVAC Tech candidates are welcome; we provide on-the-job training for leadership.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Motivated team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
