What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functionality and maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Complete job reports and maintain accurate records.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience (preferred but not required).
- Valid HVAC certification/license.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
