Job Overview
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts.
Duties
- Utilize software tools to efficiently manage and track leads
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in products or services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on lead qualification
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and promote solutions
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing valuable market insights
Experience
- Previous experience in technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage prospects over the phone
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication
- Familiarity with CRM software for lead management is a plus
