Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling all products and services provided by the Company. Represents the Company in a professional manner and preserves the customer service philosophy of USA Insulation.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Understands the installation process and applies knowledge during the sales process.
● Learns and applies the sales process utilizing resources such as; the pitch book, sales videos, sales handbooks,etc.
● Attend regular sales meetings to stay informed about product updates, market trends, and company goals.
● Actively engage in performance reviews to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and set actionable goals.
● Schedules appointments with homeowners and performs write ups based on the customers availability.
● Uses SolutionView during the estimate process to ensure contracts are up to company specifications and provides results.
● Review all contracts and pricing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with our company policies.
● Self generates referral sources using HVAC professionals, roofers, previous customers, etc.
● Self generates sales from referral sources
● Collects down payment, for every job, prior to work and balance of payments upon completion of work.
● Ensure necessary pictures of work to be performed are taken and provide them to the installation team.
● Responsible for maintaining and updating prospect records and sales pipeline.
● Meets and/or exceeds the expected closing rate of 35%.
● Meets and/or exceeds the expected average sales goal amount of $5,000.
● Meets and/or exceeds the expected Revenue Per Estimate (RPE) of $2,000
● Performs all other duties as assigned.
● Training other sales representatives

● Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years sales or similar industry experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
● Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work order and financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with customers, staff, vendors, etc.
● Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
● Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires an average knowledge of Microsoft Office.
● Other Qualifications - Valid driver’s license and auto insurance policy is required; Daily travel is required.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80 percent of the time while operating their computer, performing office work and traveling to client locations. The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client sites. They frequently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer. They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting. They must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the individual frequently works in a controlled climate. They are occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles based on the condition at customer locations. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The individual is frequently required to travel by automobile.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per week
