- Mastery of the Sales Process
- Customer Centric mentality
- Experience with the following programs:
CDK, ADP, E-Lead, Salesforce or Dealer Socket CRM’s, V-Auto
- Winning Attitude
- Strong Work Ethic
- 2 years of Automotive Sales Experience
- Willing to make 100 outgoing calls a day
