Installation Supervisor – Leadership Role in Home Improvement

The Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused leader to join our team as an Installation Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
As an Installation Supervisor, you will oversee your team to ensure efficient and profitable installations. You will report to the Director of Production and lead the installation crew, measure techs, and service techs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute installation plans in coordination with the Director of Production, ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Enhance warehouse operations, streamline pre-installation measurements, and improve safety protocols across all locations.
- Monitor job sites regularly, resolving issues promptly, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication with customers and employees.
- Assist in installations as necessary to ensure top-notch customer care and efficient project completion.
As a Leader at Sunbelt Home Solutions, You Will:
- Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring all employees are equipped with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
- Interact with other company managers to support and improve the overall customer experience.
- Encourage collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure the success of every installation.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in installation, construction, or home improvement, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in construction or home improvement.
