Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing various types of equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment within the Restaurants facility.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, including low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with schematics.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed to repair.
- Repair fryers, grills, cold and hot equipment
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort within the facility.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a Restaurant environment.
- Experience as an industrial electrician is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in welding processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
