Show Me Weights is hiring a full-time EXPERIENCED Fitness Equipment Service Technicians to service and install cardio equipment. We are turning down work every week, because of the growing need for fitness equipment service techs.
We are looking for an Assertive/Mechanical person to service and install cardio fitness equipment. Job includes tools to use, and a company vehicle to and from jobs. Prefer prior experience working on fitness equipment. We are only hiring experienced service techs with service work on resume (not just a fast learner).
Duties include but not limited to
- Changing belts and decks
- Lubing decks
- Replacing boards
- Replacing batteries
- Replacing brushes
- Replacing bushings
- Moving and install fitness equipment
Personal Requirements:
- Experience working on cardio equipment
- Understanding of AC/DC motors
- Understanding of amp draws
- Understanding of wiring schematics
- Must be at least 21 years of age to be an insured driver
- Fitness Equipment knowledge
- Familiar with amp draws
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen.

- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Able to climb ladders, bending repeatedly.

- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve.
Other Requirements:
- Be able to install equipment in schools.

$500 Signing bonus after 90 days probationary period without incident
Interview will begin immediately and take place M-F 9:30-4 p.m.
This job is M-F 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. with occasional Saturday shifts (once a month or less) and occasional out-of-town trips. (couple times a year)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
