Jeffrey Court, 184-Unit Tax Credit Senior Community is seeking a Maintenance Technician II Full Time. This position will assist as needed with work orders, property maintenance/upkeep and after hour calls at a neighboring property, Villa Bonita (20-units) located in Redlands.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm for 2 weeks then Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm for 2 weeks; rotation schedule
Responsibilities:
Perform basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs. Additionally, will provide residents with outstanding customer service, attention to detail and take pride in doing a good job. Selected individuals will assist with after hour emergency calls.
Position requires minimum two (3) years general plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. must have the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Upon hire, must provide valid CA driver's license along with state required auto insurance.
