Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Rate: $60,000 to $110,000 annually + Commission & bonuses
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week + on-call and weekend work depending on demand

What you will be doing:
- Residential service & maintenance
- part of on-call rotation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicating with customers on indoor air quality products & annual maintenance program
- Consulting with customers on repairs and replacement options
- All calls are dispatched through Service Titan
Requirements / Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work as a team member and as an individual
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Open to training from experienced technicians and a long-term career path
- EPA certification (at least type II)
- N.A.T.E. certification is preferred but not required
