Construction Field Service Technician for Design-Build Construction Company in Vero Beach, Florida
Helmet House Construction of Vero Beach is a 35-year established Custom Building Company. We are currently seeking a full time experienced Construction Field Service Technician to join our team.
Experience:
- Positive customer service handling and attitude.
- Minimum 10 years' in the construction trade.
- Preferred CDL license.
- Knowledge in the field of carpentry, cabinetry, masonry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and HVAC of luxury single family homes.
- Responsible for Company provided vehicles and construction equipment.
Expected daily routines to be performed:
- All-round construction service and repair jobs with new and old clients.
- Remodel and renovation tasks.
- Punch-out new single family construction at it's final stage.
- Keeping jobsites clean and safe.
- Logistics supervisor for all involved subcontractors.
Core Competencies:
- Good driving records. Valid and none tarnished driver's license.

- Respect and abide by Company safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned projects.
- Great attention to details.
- Well versed in trouble shooting, problem solving and repair of general household items.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate is based on knowledge and experience.
Position available immediate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
