- Compensation: First-year technicians earn $50,000-$60,000 after training. Top earners can make $100,000.

Installation Service Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Repair and refinish tubs, tiles, and countertops in homes, hotels, and apartments.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship using the Miracle Method system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working independently.
Installation Service Technician Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean, insurable driving record.
- Pass a basic background check.
- Dependable with a great attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
- Flexible and able to adapt to schedule changes.
Experience in resurfacing is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate! Experienced techs may qualify for a sign-on bonus and faster compensation growth.
