Job Title: Mechanic/Electrician/Technician with PLC & Troubleshooting (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Location: Elizabeth/Newark/Linden, NJ
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mechanic/Electrician/Technician to join our 2nd or 3rd shift teams, responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment, with a strong focus on PLC systems and electrical controls.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair on equipment.
- Troubleshoot and program PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley).
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with shift teams and follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills.
- Ability to read technical schematics and perform root-cause analysis.
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
