Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!
We are currently seeking an experienced, CERTIFIED HVAC Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary Maintenance and HVAC repairs at our 292 unit Woodlake Meadows Apartments, in Houston, TX.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Work with Punch Technicians to prepare the vacant units for occupancy
- Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property
Job requirements:
- HVAC/ EPA certification required
- Minimum 3 years experience in Plumbing and HVAC; experience with a chiller/boiler HVAC system is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required
