Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Plumbing Technician to handle service calls related to home warranty claims. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to warranty guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and appliance malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and replacements of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
- Document work performed and materials used for warranty compliance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and options clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
- Valid plumbing certification preferred.
- Proven experience in plumbing service and repair is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
