Premieant is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician in the San Antonio area to join our team!
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for making all general repairs and maintaining in good condition all Premieant locations, including residential program sites and the office.
The Maintenance Tech addresses all preventative and general maintenance issues, and emergency situations at all locations (interior and exterior), equipment and appliance repair. You will be assigned a company vehicle to travel from work locations.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position, no on-call or weekends required. If you have pride in your work and provide a great service, then Premieant should be your next employer!
Basic skills include but are not limited to :
- Interior paint, tape & float and texture
- Power-washing
- Repair / replace all plumbing fixtures
- Maintain and repair appliances
- Troubleshoot heating and central ac units
- Check all electrical items regularly
- Additional duties, as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
License/Certification:
