Description: The Service Technician takes a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects and is responsible for ensuring the company’s established standards for safety, property appearance and operation are met.
Qualifications:
- Organized & Detail Oriented
- Strong Punch-out experience
- EPA Certification Preferred
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Drywall Repair
- Irrigation knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in multi-family housing
- On-call required (weekends included)
- Above average communication & customer service skills necessary
- Positive / "Can Do" attitude
