Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial plumbing practices and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems function efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings.
- Perform pipe threading, assembly, and installation of various plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide solutions.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior plumbers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong background in commercial service plumbing.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints related to plumbing systems.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
