Lead HVAC Installer
Team Enoch is looking to fill the position as a lead HVAC Installer in the Spring TX and surrounding metro area. The primary responsibility for this position is to successfully install residential split HVAC systems across the metroplex. You will be working with at least 1 helper to accomplish these projects. Must be willing and able to work 6 days/week during high season (April-August).

**A VALID DRIVER LICENSE IS REQUIRED**
Responsibilities for Lead HVAC Installer include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating all communication between the customer, helpers, and office staff.
- Ensuring the refrigerant in the old system is properly pumped down and lines flushed prior to safely removing all old components.
- Installation per manufacturer’s specifications of the new split system.
- Installation practices must adhere to Enoch’s practices and standards.
- Ensure thermostat is wired correctly, charge system to appropriate levels, and test system for heating and cooling.
- Responsible for clean up, callbacks, and walking customer through completion of job and thermostat functions.
- Properly document and upload work order and clear before & after photos of work performed.
Miscellaneous information:
- System installs include: 80% AFUE gas systems, 96% AFUE gas systems, Heat Pump systems, dual-fuel systems, mobile home units, fan coils, ductless mini splits, 2-stage, and variable speed.
- Thermostat installation includes: Pro1 T725, Honeywell Home Wifi programmable, Ecobee Smart Enhanced, Nest 3rd Generation, and proprietary thermostats for variable speed systems.
- Brand installs include: Goodman, Daikin, Rheem, Lennox, and American Standard
