Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The technician will work in various settings, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics using tools such as an ohmmeter to identify system malfunctions.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Perform equipment repairs, including boilers and plumbing components as needed.
- Provide field service support by responding to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and equipment repair techniques.
- Familiarity with installation practices for heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
