SERVICE SPECIALIST (JOURNEYMAN-HVAC)
Service Specialist (Journeyman-HVAC), 9401J employees will be hired in the Appliance Service Business within the franchise territory.
DUTIES
Service Specialist (Journeyman-HVAC), 9401J must be able to perform all duties of the Service Specialist classification and in addition:

Adjusting, service or repair of equipment consuming 1,000,000 BTU’s or less for residential and commercial buildings;
Adjusting, service or repair of Electric Air Conditioning for equipment sized 5 ton or less in residential and commercial buildings;
Adjusting, service or repair of residential electric ranges/ovens, water heaters, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and washing machines if trained and qualified;
Installation of HVAC systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Employees will be tested prior to hire, and may be immediately assigned to any work they are qualified to perform.
Service Specialist (Journeyman-HVAC), 9401J must complete a Journeyman Training and Testing Program during first six months of employment.
Must possess type II or Universal refrigerant certificate.
Service Specialist (Journeyman-HVAC), 9401J will be a Home Based Reporter
Service Specialist (Journeyman-HVAC), 9401J will be scheduled employees.
Must possess and maintain a U. S. valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
