Gas Technician: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
· Perform installations, repairs, on Natural Gas , and Propane Gas Systems. Complete piping diagram and proper BTU sizing of new gas lines being ran and installed.
· Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide to customer at least 3 effective solutions.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Upload before, during and after photos of work and solutions sheets into Service Titan.
· Communicate with clients to explain the nature of the problem, proposed solutions, and associated costs.
· Promote company Home Protection Plans to all non-members.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a gas pipe installer, gas technician and gas piping estimator, with a minimum of 8 years in the field.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
· Must have clean driving record.

Pay:
Commission based with an earning potential of $60,000 to 95,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
