We are not a service company out to add a whole bunch of different trades (HVAC, Electric Etc). Plumbing is what we know and Plumbing is what we will grow.
The Big Task
You will assist our plumbing service technicians in diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain communication with your manager, technicians, parts and installation teams.
- Assist our service technicians with installing and repairing residential plumbing system; be efficient and accurate.
- Support technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to quality checklist.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Be willing to learn the plumbing trade and gain new skills and experience along the way.
