**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Torcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems to ensure they are safe, secure, and visually appealing. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques, as well as the ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and replace Asphaltic torched systems.
- Inspect roofs for damage or wear and tear, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Use power tools and fabricate roofing components as needed.
- Restore damaged or worn-out roofing materials to their original condition.
- Work safely at heights, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all roofing projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Requirements**
- Experience in roofing and a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques.
- Proficiency with power tools and the ability to fabricate roofing components.
- Experience with caulking and waterproofing.
- Familiarity with roofing schematics and the ability to read and interpret them.
- Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Experience with roofing with a professional and clean finish.
